Carmelo Anthony wore these Jordan Melo M8 Advance sneakers during the 2012-13 NBA season, his second full campaign with the New York Knicks. Melo led the NBA in scoring average during the season, pouring in the points at a 27.8 per game clip. Anthony was the talisman for a Knicks team that finished with a 54-28 regular season record, and the Atlantic Division crown.
These low-top Jordan sneakers are from Anthony’s signature sneaker line, and are made of a lightweight blue and black material. An orange “Melo” logo is applied to the tongue, while Jordan logos are present on the toe and outer heel. The midsole of these size 14 kicks feature orange accents, and the sole is white and blue. Anthony signed the toe of each of these shoes, which exhibit light wear, in black marker. The shoes come with a LOA from MEARS for game use, and individual LOAs from JSA for the signatures (left: X34452, right: X34453).
