Presented here is Don Larsen’s signed one-page player transfer document sending him from the AA Dallas-Fort Worth Spurs to their Major League affiliate team, the Chicago Cubs. This form is dated to June 30th, 1967. Larsen pitched three games for the Cubs, with the first coming on July 3rd. This would be Larsen’s final season in the major leagues, ending an illustrious 14-season career that included the only postseason perfect game in baseball history. Larsen signed the bottom of this form in blue pen as “Don James Larsen”. This item comes with a LOA from Steiner Sports.
