In a career that saw him win 318 games, Phil Niekro dominated batters with his logic-defying knuckleball. At-bat he seemed to meet with the same frustration batters felt when facing him. In a 24 year career, Niekro batted a modest .169 with a home run thrown in every couple years or so.

The Hall of Famer used this bat during the end of his Atlanta Braves period between the 1980-1983 seasons. This Louisville Slugger K48 model bat shows outstanding game use and is un-cracked. The barrel exhibits many ball marks and stitch impressions along with bat rack streaks. Niekro’s number “35” is hand painted on the knob end in white. The Hall of Famer has signed the barrel in silver marker, proudly adding “HOF 97”. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B14584) for the game use and a LOA from JSA (Z58683) for the signature.
