Former Dallas Cowboys running back Marion Barber had a solid season in 2008 as he rushed for 885 yards on 337 carries and rushed for seven touchdowns. Barber also had two receiving touchdowns to bring his season total to nine.
Barber wore this silver Dallas Cowboys helmet for the 2008 season and has been photo matched to the final game of the season on December 28th, 2008 against the Philadelphia Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia. This helmet has the traditional blue star decal on both sides and a solid white stripe surrounded by two blue stripes down the middle. The facemask is gray and the hard plastic chinstrap is still intact. The back of the helmet has the NFL shield decal, along with a black circle “GU” decal in honor of the late NFLPA President and Hall of Famer Gene Upshaw. Additionally, there is an American flag decal on the back and “BARBER” is on a blue sticker vertically on the base of the white stripe. This helmet displays excellent game use with numerous abrasions and scuff marks. This helmet comes with a LOA from Cowboys-Steiner Collectibles and has been photo matched to the December 28th game.
