As the NFL’s all-time leading rusher, Emmitt Smith is regarded by many as the best running back to lace up his cleats since the days of Jim Brown. Smith led the NFL in rushing four times in his first six seasons, culminating in a 1,773 yard, 25 touchdown master class of rushing. The Cowboys claimed Super Bowl XXX that year, with Smith contributing two rushing touchdowns to their defeat of the Pittsburgh Steelers. Smith retired after two seasons with the Arizona Cardinals following the 2004 season with 18,355 rushing yards to his name.
This helmet is silver, and is bisected by a navy blue and white stripe running down the crown of the helmet. The facemask is gray, and star logo decals are applied to each side of this Riddell helmet. Smith signed the top of the helmet in blue marker. This item comes with a LOA from JSA (Z43883).
