Detroit Tigers third baseman Miguel Cabrera wore this cap during road games of the 2013 MLB season, his 11th in the majors. Cabrera won his second consecutive American League MVP award in 2013, finishing his stellar campaign with 44 long balls, 137 RBI, and a MLB-best .348 batting average. The Venezuelan led the Tigers to a 93-win season and the American League Central title, with the Tigers advancing to the ALCS before a six-game loss to the Red Sox ended their season.

This cap is navy blue, with an orange Olde English “D” logo on the front of the cap. A navy and orange MLB logo is applied to the back of the cap. Cabrera’s number “24” and “JSG”, the mark of long-time Tigers clubhouse manager Jim Schmakel, are written in black marker on the inside of the crown. This cap, which shows light wear, comes with a LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema.
