Carlos Correa, the 2015 American League Rookie of the Year used this bat during his 2013 minor league season, his second season of professional baseball. Correa was selected with the No. 1 overall pick by the Houston Astros in the 2012 draft and he made his minor league debut on June 18th of that year. Correa began to show his skills that made him the top pick in the draft by hitting .320 with nine home runs and 86 RBI with the Quad City River Bandits of the Class A Midwest League.

     This Marucci AP5-M model bat shows heavy game use and has a large crack in the handle. The barrel shows several ball marks with white leather ball scuffs. A light coat of pine tar is on the lower handle and the date of manufacture “7/10/13” and Correa’s initials “CC” is stamped into the knob end. Correa signed his name in silver marker on the barrel and inscribed “G/U 2013”. This bat comes with full LOAs from PSA/DNA (1B14634) and Mears for the game use and have been graded a GU 8 by PSA/DNA and an A8 by Mears. There is also a STICKER ONLY from PSA/DNA (R96002) for his signature.
