The 1986 New York Giants are arguably the best team in the franchise history during the Super Bowl era. Their 14-2 regular season record, combined with two playoff wins and victory in Super Bowl XXI over the Denver Broncos puts this team as one of the most memorable ones in the franchise’s storied history.
Offered is this full-sized 1980s style New York Giants helmet that has been signed by 26 members of the team’s first Super Bowl winning season. This navy blue helmet has a red stripe down the middle, “GIANTS” in white on each side and a white face mask. Signatures on this helmet have been penned in silver marker and include Hall of Famers Phil Simms, Lawrence Taylor and Harry Carson. Also signing this helmet are Ottis Anderson, Billy Ard, Carl Banks, Mark Bavaro, Jim Burt, Maurice Carthon, Eric Dorsey, Byron Hunt, Terry Kinard, Sean Landeta, Lionel Manuel, Leonard Marshall, George Martin, Joe Morris, Karl Nelson, Bart Oates, Elvis Patterson, Gary Reasons, William Roberts, Lee Rouson, Raul Allegre, Perry Williams and Brad Benson.
