Presented here is a Mitchell and Ness 1974 Atlanta Braves Hank Aaron replica jersey signed by “Hammerin’ Hank” himself. 1974 was the famed slugger’s final season in Atlanta, and saw him hit 20 home runs with 69 RBI in less than 400 at-bats. Although Aaron was reaching the end of his Hall of Fame career, the all-time RBI and total bases leader was still an extremely effective batter. Aaron, a 25-time All-Star, retired after the 1976 season and was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1982, earning 97.8% of the vote on his first ballot.
This framed jersey is a white pullover home shirt. It features the Braves iconic feather patches sewn on each sleeve in red, white, and blue tackle twill. “Braves” and Aaron’s number “44” are sewn on the chest of the jersey in red, white, and blue tackle twill. Aaron signed the front of this size “L” jersey in black pen. This jersey is framed in a 32 x 40 inch display. This item, a limited edition 29 of 174, comes with a COA from Upper Deck (BAG88863) and a LOA from JSA (Z54302).
