Atlanta Braves third baseman and future Hall of Famer Chipper Jones wore this Mizuno Vintage Pro batting glove during the 2012 MLB season. This was Jones’ final season, at the age of 40, and he proved that he could still hang with the best players in baseball. In only 112 games, Jones hit 14 home runs with 62 RBI and a .287 batting average as he made his eighth and final All-Star team. The 1999 NL MVP finished his career with 468 home runs and a .303 batting average. This glove, which is for the switch hitting Jones’ right hand, is gray, navy blue, and white, with a raised white Mizuno logo on the top of the hand. “MIZUNO” is printed in raised lettering on the wrist strap, while Jones’ personal logo is sewn on the bottom of the wrist. Jones signed the palm in black marker, adding the inscription “G-U-2012” to his signature. This item comes with a COA from PSA/DNA (T53880) for the signature and a LOA from JT Sports for the game use.
