Presented here is a vintage Louisville Slugger Yogi Berra model bat. One could easily imagine the squat Yankees backstop gripping this bat at the plate, ready to smash a line drive into the gap. A three-time American League MVP and 18-time All-Star, Berra’s endorsement on a bat meant high praise. The 10-time World Series champion’s signature is etched on the barrel of this bat, between the words “Genuine” and “Bowdoin”. “R43” is etched on the knob of the bat. This item is a gorgeous collectible from one of the greatest New York Yankees of all-time.
