Former Chicago Cubs catcher Ken Rudolph wore these two jerseys in 1973, his fifth and final season with the team. Rudolph split time between starting and coming on as a pinch hitter or defensive replacement, finishing the season with two homers and 17 RBI in 64 appearances.

The first jersey offered here is a home jersey from 1973. This white, pinstriped pullover has a large Cubs logo sewn on the left chest, and a Cubs alternate logo sewn on the left sleeve. Rudolph’s number “15” is sewn on the back of the jersey in blue tackle twill. A semi-detached Wilson size “42” tag is sewn on the back inside collar above a “14 73 2 42” tag. A “73” tag is sewn on the front left tail of this jersey. This jersey, which shows moderate wear, comes with a LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema, who notes that the jersey was “sent down to the minors, had a number change, and then had a quality restoration of the ‘15’ done”.

The second jersey is a road pullover from 1973. This gray jersey has “CHICAGO” sewn across the front in blue tackle twill. Rudolph’s number “15” is sewn on the front and back in blue tackle twill, and a Cubs alternate logo patch is sewn on the left sleeve. A Wilson size “42” tag is sewn on the back inside collar above a “15 73 2 42” tag. A “73” tag is sewn on the front left tail of the jersey. This jersey, which shows moderate wear, comes with a LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema.
