Presented here is a New York Yankees road jersey signed by Hall of Fame outfielder Reggie Jackson. A member of the 500 Home Run Club, Jackson began his career with the Kansas City A’s in 1967. Over the following 21 seasons, Jackson continuously raked, but never more so than in the postseason. The man known as “Mr. October” for his postseason exploits, won two World Series MVP awards and hit 18 homers during his playoff career. Jackson was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1993.

     This jersey is a Rawlings size “44” Yankees road jersey with “NEW YORK” sewn across the chest in navy blue and white tackle twill. Jackson’s number “44” is sewn on the back in similarly colored tackle twill. Jackson signed the chest of this gray jersey in blue marker, adding his number “44” to his signature.
