A highlight of this book is the page with Gillette’s self-selected All-Stars of 1916, which includes portraits of players such as Ty Cobb, Pete Alexander, Home Run Baker, and Stuffy McInnis. This book is a sterling piece of baseball history, and would be a welcome addition to any collection.
