Presented here is a basketball signed by 14 members of the 1999-2000 Los Angeles Lakers. The Lakers finished 67-15 that season, using the NBA’s best defense and a sterling offense to march to the NBA Finals. There they met the Indianapolis Pacers, who were soundly defeated as Shaquille O’Neal demolished any hope the Pacers had for a championship. O’Neal, the Finals MVP, averaged a mind-blowing 38 points, 16.7 rebounds, and 2.3 assists per game in the Lakers four to two series victory.
