Presented here is a ticket from the final live concert put on by the Beatles. Held at Candlestick Park in San Francisco, the Beatles performed on a stage set up just behind second base. The concert took place on August 29th, 1966, on a cold and windy night in the Bay Area. The Beatles played 11 songs that night, including “Day Tripper”, “Yesterday”, “Nowhere Man”, “Paperback Writer”, and the finale, “Long Tall Sally”. Other than an impromptu performance on a Los Angeles roof in 1969, this is the last time the Beatles performed together in public. This ticket features portraits of Ringo, John, Paul, and George on the front beneath bold red text that reads “KYA Radio 1260 Welcomes the Beatles”. This ticket remains in good condition.
