Wide receiver DeSean Jackson wore this white Washington Redskins road jersey during the ‘Skins 29-27 victory over the New York Giants on September 25th, 2016. Jackson was an integral part of the Redskins victory, catching five passes for 96 yards. None of his receptions were as crucial as his 44-yard touchdown grab near the end of the second quarter that cut the Giants lead to five and enabled the Redskins to rally in the second half. Jackson brought the ball in on the goal line, despite double coverage from the stingy Giants secondary.
This jersey is white, with Jackson’s number “11” sewn on the front, back, and shoulders in burgundy and yellow tackle twill. “JACKSON” is sewn on the back shoulders in burgundy over a white nameplate. A NFL shield is applied to the collar, and burgundy Nike swooshes sewn on each sleeve. A Nike size “40” skill tag is sewn on the back inside collar. “2016” and “Slim” flags are attached, while “9 – 25 NYG” is written in black marker on the tag.
