     Rod Carew divided his Hall of Fame career between the Minnesota Twins and California Angels where he slapped out 3,053 career hits for a .328 lifetime batting average. This offered bat was issued to Carew for the 1980 All-Star Game at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, while he was representing the Angels’ franchise.

     This Louisville Slugger 1980 ALL STAR GAME LOS ANGELES model bat is un-cracked, showing minimal use. Carew’s number “29” is hand written on the knob end in black marker. The Hall of Famer has signed the barrel in black marker adding “My Best”. This bat comes with a LOA from Mears, who have graded this bat an A8 and a LOA from JSA for his signature (Z58682).
