     Presented here is a limited edition Louisville Slugger bat created for the 1982 National Baseball Hall of Fame ceremony. This bat features the names of the athletes and lone executive inducted that year engraved on the bat in gold text. Hank Aaron and Frank Robinson were inducted through the regular system of voting, while the Veteran’s Committee inducted Travis Jackson and Happy Chandler, the second Commissioner of Baseball. In addition to the names, “National Baseball Hall of Fame / August 1, 1982 / Limited Edition / 304 of 500” is engraved on the barrel. A Louisville Slugger logo and National Baseball Hall of Fame logo are also present on this dark brown bat.
