Offered is a Louisville Slugger T141 model bat that was issued to Hall of Famer Rickey Henderson during the 1990 season. Arguably Henderson’s best season, the all-time stolen base leader was the American League MVP as he led the AL in stolen bases with 65 and in runs scored with 119 as the Oakland A’s won the American League pennant.
This bat is un-cracked with no evidence of game use. This all-black bat has been signed by 20 members of the American League champions A’s in gold marker, including Henderson on the handle where he inscribed “#24”. Other signatures from that team that are on this bat include Willie Randolph, Todd Burns, Dave Duncan, Carney Lansford, Jamie Quirk, Dave McKay, Terry Steinbach, Tom Reynolds, Ron Hassey, Gene Nelson, Harold Baines and several others. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B14527) for the game issue and a LOA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication for the signatures.
