Hall of Fame quarterback Jim Kelly was issued this white Buffalo Bills road jersey during the 1993 season. Kelly’s heady quarterback skills led the Bills to a 12-4 record and the AFC East title. The Bills won playoff matchups against the Los Angeles Raiders and Kansas City Chiefs, setting up an unprecedented fourth straight Super Bowl appearance for Marv Levy’s men. Although the Bills fell in the big game to the Dallas Cowboys, Kelly led all passers with 31 completions for 260 yards.
This mesh jersey is white, with Kelly’s number “12” screen printed on the front, back, and sleeves in blue and red. “KELLY” is screen printed in blue across the back shoulders on a matching white nameplate. The sleeve openings and collar feature red and blue accents, and a NFL logo is sewn on the vertex of the collar. Small Champion patches are sewn on each sleeve. “Bills 1993” and Champion size “44” tags are sewn on the front left tail of the jersey. This item comes with a LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema.
