Bobby Cox took over as Atlanta Braves manager during the 1990 season, one in which saw the team finish 65-97. But in 1991, Cox crafted the team into winners, finishing with 94 wins and the NL West crown. In the postseason, Atlanta beat the Pittsburgh Pirates in the NLCS before falling to the Minnesota Twins in the World Series in seven games. Tom Glavine won the NL Cy Young Award after leading the league with 20 wins while posting a 2.55 ERA. Terry Pendleton won league MVP, hitting a league-high .319 with 22 home runs.

Presented here is a Jostens 1991 Atlanta Braves National League Championship 10K ring. Set on top of a large red stone is the team’s “A”, comprised of 30 points of sparkling diamonds. “BRAVES 1991 NATIONAL LEAGUE CHAMPIONS” appears around the bezel setting. The left shank features the name “MAJTYKA” at the top and “STAFF” at the bottom, and is centered by the Braves logo, with the words “FIRST WORLD SERIES” appearing in a banner below it. In the middle of the ring’s opposite shank is the 1991 World Series logo, as the words “WORST TO FIRST” read above it and “TOMAHAWK CHOP” is displayed below the logo. 10K JOSTENS marks are found inside the band. This ring is an approximate size 10, weighs approximately 37 grams and comes with the owner's original purchase LOA.
