After an 11-5 finish to the 1994 regular season - good for the AFC West Division title – the San Diego Chargers embarked on a memorable postseason run. The Chargers first beat the Miami Dolphins in a tight divisional playoff round, coming out on top 22-21. A trip to the conference final vs. the Pittsburgh Steelers followed, where San Diego would win another close contest - this time by a score of 17-13 giving the Chargers the AFC Championship. Ultimately, the San Francisco 49ers would stop San Diego’s run in the Super Bowl. QB Stan Humphries passed for 3,209 yards during the season while RB Natrone Means rushed for 1,350 yards and 12 TDs.

Offered here is a 10K 1994 San Diego Chargers AFC Champions prototype ring. Highlighting this item is an image of a Chargers lightning bolt, made up of 45 points of diamonds, set on a lovely blue stone. Around the bezel setting reads “1994 AFC CHAMPIONS”. The left side of the ring features a nicely colored NFL 75th Anniversary logo, a Chargers helmet, and Super Bowl XXIX logo. “LERNER” appears at the top and “CPA” is down below. Among the listings on the opposite shank are the AFC logo, the teams and final score of the AFC title game, and “CHARGER POWER”. This ring is an approximate size 12 and weighs approximately 64.7 grams. This item comes with the owner's original purchase LOA.
