He led the league in rushing yards four times, including a then-record 2,003 yards in 1973. He retired after the 1979 season with 11,236 career rushing yards. Presented here is a 1980 O.J. Simpson Buffalo Bills Honor Roll salesman sample ring.
This 10K ring, manufactured by Jenkins, is centered by a round CZ set on a large blue stone. Around the stone reads “HONOR ROLL” along with images of two footballs. “BUFFALO BILLS 1980” is displayed around the outer perimeter. The Bills team logo is shown on the left shank, with the name “O.J. SIMPSON” appearing in a banner above. On the opposite shank is a Bills helmet, number 32, and “1969-1977”. Inside the band is marked JENKINS 10K. This ring is an approximate size 11 and weighs approximately 38.7 grams.
