Although the Buffalo Bills could never quite get over the hump in the Super Bowl, they nevertheless completely dominated the AFC over a four-year stretch (1990-93), winning the conference each season. The last year of that streak saw the Bills finish with a regular season mark of 12-4, tops in the AFC East. Coached by Marv Levy, Buffalo had its usual array of stars: QB Jim Kelly (3,382 passing yards), RB Thurman Thomas (1,315 rushing yards), WR Andre Reed (854 receiving yards) and DE Bruce Smith (14 sacks). In the postseason, the Bills first defeated the Los Angeles Raiders before beating the Kansas City Chiefs to win the AFC title. Super Bowl XXVIII featured a matchup with the Dallas Cowboys, who went on to win the game, 30-13.

Presented here is a Jostens 10K 1993 Buffalo Bills AFC Championship ring which is highlighted by four football-shaped clusters of diamonds atop a red stone. The footballs represent the team’s four straight AFC titles. “BUFFALO BILLS 1993 A.F.C. CHAMPIONS” appears around the perimeter around the bezel setting. A Bills helmet adorns the left shank, with the name “LERNER” above it and “14-5” (Buffalo’s record including the playoffs) below. Super Bowl XXVIII logo is shown on the opposite shank, as well as “XXV XXVI XXVII”. Manufacturer and 10K marks are located inside the band. This ring is an approximate size 11 ½ and it weighs approximately 47.1 grams. This item comes with a Jostens ring box.
