A fascinating figure both on and off the field, defensive back Anthony Prior played six seasons in the NFL (Jets, Vikings, Raiders) and another three in the Canadian Football League (Stampeders, Lions). He recorded some of the best times in gridiron history for the 40-yard dash and went on to found a training program called 421 Speed Camp, earning him the nickname "America's Fastest Speed Coach."
Manufactured by Intergold, this 10K-gold, size 11-1/2 ring was bestowed upon Anthony Prior after Calgary's 5th Grey Cup championship in franchise history. It features the Stamps' gold equine logo set within a red stone, surrounded by 177 points of diamonds. An intricate Calgary motif appears on one of the shanks. NM condition. Accompanied by the original wooden presentation box (6 x 4 x 2 inches, NM) with interior plaque. Evidently, Prior received two rings, as one predecessor has previously sold at auction.
