In 2013, Kansas City Royals outfielder Alex Gordon made his first All-Star Game appearance and finished the season with 20 home runs and 81 RBI. Gordon also notched his third consecutive Gold Glove Award as he and his Royals began a stretch of winning harkening back to the George Brett led Royals of the late 1970s and 1980s.

Gordon used this Louisville Slugger G174 model bat during the 2013 season. This bat displays outstanding use and is un-cracked. There are numerous ball marks, stitch impressions and blue ink transfers present throughout the barrel. Gordon’s number “4” is hand written on the knob in black marker and in silver marker on the cupped barrel end. There is a light coating of pine tar on the lower handle and the knob has stamped date of manufacture “04/29/13”, along with the length and weight “34.0/31.0”. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B14606) and has been graded a perfect GU 10.
