Jason Heyward stormed into the National League in the spring of 2010 and by July had made the All-Star team as a starting outfielder, a rare feat for a rookie. His .277 average and 18 homers made him runner up to the National League Rookie of the Year Award. Heyward used this Louisville Slugger I13L model bat during his 2010 debut season. This bat displays outstanding use and is un-cracked. There are numerous ball marks, stitch impressions and cleat imprints present throughout the barrel. Heyward’s number “22” has been hand written in silver marker on both the knob and cupped barrel end. Also on the knob is the manufacture date “4/22/2010” and length/weigh “34/32oz” stamped. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B14604) who have graded this jersey a perfect GU 10.
