Yogi Berra was a winner, plain and simple. A 10-time World Series winner, 18-time All-Star, and three-time American League MVP, Berra put together one of the most memorable careers in baseball history. As beloved for his “Yogi-isms” as his stellar play, Berra’s number “8” has since been retired by the New York Yankees. A member of the National Baseball Hall of Fame class of 1972, Berra’s legacy is unimpeachable.
Offered here are three signed 8 x 10 inch photographs of Berra. The first shows Berra lunging for a ball, his thick catcher’s mitt outstretched. Berra signed this photograph, which comes with a COA from PSA/DNA (AD28264), in blue marker. The second photo shows a young Berra shaking hands with Babe Ruth. Berra is wearing his Yankee road grays, and the Babe is dressed in a sharp suit with two-toned shoes. Berra signed this photo in blue marker. This item comes with a COA from PSA/DNA (AD28266). The final photograph shows Berra from behind at the old Yankee Stadium, his face superimposed on the large scoreboard above the centerfield fence. Berra signed this photograph in blue pen. It comes with a COA from PSA/DNA (AD28265).
