New York Yankees starting pitcher CC Sabathia wore this pinstriped home jersey during the Yankees 4-2 loss against the Boston Red Sox on April 11th, 2014. Sabathia started this game, pitching seven full innings and striking out nine while allowing four runs. Sabathia, a Cy Young Award winner, was limited to eight starts in 2014 due to numerous injuries. Today, Sabathia is one of the active leaders in wins, recently moving into third place on the all-time list of strikeouts by a left-handed pitcher.
