Offered is a 191-card near set of 1964 Philadelphia football cards. Philadelphia Gum was one of the few firms to try to tackle their way into the card market which was firmly in the hands of Topps. The firm's efforts resulted in four high quality annual releases of which, this 1964 series was the firms' inaugural edition. Missing #'s 12 Unitas, 30 Brown, 51 Meredith, 55, 114, 117 Gifford and 141 for completion. Grades mostly VG/EX to EX.
