Presented is a 198-card complete set of 1965 Philadelphia football cards. Philadelphia Gum Company's second football card production was eagerly welcomed by collectors. After all, the series featured the "big names" of the time; you couldn't find Paul Hornung or Don Meredith in that other product, with its larger cards and lesser-interest athletes. Still cherished by collectors, 40 years later, '65 Philadelphia football harbors a player line-up that never fails to inspire a hobbyist's zeal.
