JULY 19TH AUCTION

Many baseball fans believe Joe “Iron Man” McGinnity was nicknamed such because he regularly pitched both games of a doubleheader, but was actually given the nickname because he worked in an iron foundry in the off season. I guess this work was good enough conditioning for his extremely durable throwing arm, which averaged 344 innings per season over his 10 year Hall of Fame career. This offered contains even corner wear and a very moderate amount of tobacco stains. PSA Graded VG 3.
