Today, the game of baseball is yielding a bumper crop of excellent young shortstops, and Houston Astros superstar Carlos Correa stands out as one of the most talented. The 2015 American League Rookie of the Year, Correa was instrumental in leading the Astros to their first ever World Series title during the 2017 Postseason. Correa experienced his best season as a pro in 2017, making his first career All-Star team and showcasing his rare power for a shortstop (29 home runs in the regular and postseason combined) while consistently putting balls in play for a .315 batting average. The 6’4” native of Puerto Rico is a rangy fielder with a cannon of an arm and the savvy to remain one of baseball’s best players for years to come.

Correa wore these black and silver Adidas cleats during the 2016 MLB season, when he put up a Triple Crown slash line of .274/20/96. The cleats have the Adidas “three stripes” logo applied to the outside of each shoe, and the inside features a black and silver pattern. A Velcro strap with a white Adidas logo covers the tongue. Eight stainless-steel spikes are present on the bottom of each cleat. “Dual Threat” is printed on each heel. Correa signed the toe of each cleat in silver marker. These cleats show outstanding use, and come with a COA from JT Sports and a signed LOA from Carlos Correa, Sr. for game use and a LOA from SGC for the signature (AA03107).
