This Official Major League Allan H. Selig baseball was used during the Detroit Tigers 6-5 home victory against the Kansas City Royals on August 17^th, 2013. Miguel Cabrera, the 2013 American League MVP and batting champion, hit this ball for an RBI double against Royals starter Wade Davis in the bottom of the fourth inning to move the score to 4-3 Tigers. Cabrera finished the game 2-5, with his second hit coming on a walk off solo home run in the bottom of the ninth inning against Aaron Crow. This baseball comes with a MLB Authenticated hologram (EK 785907), which dates the use of this ball to the August 17^th contest.
