Regarded by opposing pitchers as the most intimidating hitter in the National League, Hall of Famer Willie McCovey is a member of the exclusive 500 HR Club. The switch-hitting Hall of Famer used this bat during the 1972 season where he appeared in only 81 games, but still produced 14 home runs and 35 RBI.

McCovey used this Hillerich & Bradsby M110 model bat during the 1972 season. This bat displays outstanding use and there is a slight crack on the handle that has been repaired. There are ball marks, stitch impressions covering the barrel and a moderate coating of pine tar covers the handle. McCovey’s number “44” has been hand written in black marker on the knob and the model number “M110” has been stamped on the knob. McCovey has signed his name on this gamer in bold black marker on the barrel. This bat comes with a full LOA from PSA/DNA (E36738) for the game use and has been graded a near perfect GU 9. There is also a Mears sticker (306144) affixed to the end of the barrel. McCovey's signature has been pre-certified by Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication.
