Don Larsen and Yogi Berra were battery-mates during Game 5 of the 1956 World Series, when Larsen turned in one of the greatest and most indelible postseason moments in baseball history. Larsen threw only the sixth perfect game in baseball history, the only in the postseason, and the first in any game since 1922. Larsen and Berra, a Hall of Famer, have signed the sweet spot of this baseball in black pen. The remaining space on this ball has been intricately painted by legendary pop artist Charles Fazzino. It is covered in sparkling rhinestones, and depicts numerous images from the famous game, as well as a raised New York Yankees logo. This item comes with a LOA from JSA (Z19954)
