Presented here is a set of two lineup cards signed the many of the participants in “The Spirit Returns” hockey game, between members of Team Canada 1972 and numerous hockey all-stars. The game was organized by the Phil Esposito Foundation, and played on January 25^th, 1985 at Madison Square Garden. These lineup cards are displayed along with a lithograph print of painting in the Prudential Collection of “Great Moments In Canadian Sports”. The lineup cards have been signed by 29 hockey players, including the Hall of Famers Phil Esposito, Tony Esposito, Stan Mikita, Bobby Clarke, Norm Ullman, Rogie Vachon, and Serge Savard. Other signatures include Orest Kindrachuk, Paul Henderson, Vic Hadfield, John McKenzie, Mickey Redmond, JP Parise, Don Marcotte, Brad Selwood, Jim Rutherford, Gary Bergman, Rod Seiling, Pat Stapleton, Dennis Hull, and several more. The signatures have been written in black and blue pen. This item is sealed onto a 22 x 19 inch display, and is accompanied by a LOA from SGC (AA03121).
