Cincinnati Reds first baseman Joey Votto wore this jersey during the first five innings of the Reds game against the Milwaukee Brewers on September 5th, 2015. This game was the first of a doubleheader, and the Reds fell by a score of 8-6 at Great American Ballpark. Votto was 2-3 in this game, walking twice and scoring two runs in the game. In 2015, Votto finished third in the National League MVP race, putting up a Triple Crown slash line of .312/29/80 and leading all of baseball with 143 walks.

This button-down, red alternate home jersey has a Reds logo patch sewn on the left chest and Votto’s number “19” sewn on the right chest in white, red, and black tackle twill. “VOTTO” and a second “19” are sewn on the back of the jersey in white, red, and black tackle twill beneath a MLB logo patch. A 2015 All-Star game patch is sewn on the right sleeve, and a Mr. Redlegs patch is sewn on the left. A Majestic size “44” tag and a Majestic barcode tag are applied to the front left tail of the jersey. Votto has signed the “1” on the back of the jersey in black marker, inscribing “GU ‘15” next to his signature. This item comes with a COA from PSA/DNA (AB66931) for the signature and a MLB Authenticated hologram (HZ 953333), which dates the use of this jersey to the September 5th contest.
