On May 8th, 2012, Josh Hamilton became the 16th player to hit four home runs in one Major League Baseball game. He went 5-5, with eight RBI and a double rounding out his stat line. Hamilton took three different pitchers deep, clubbing two blasts against Jake Arrieta, and one against both Darren O’Day and Zach Phillips. The Rangers defeated the Orioles 10-3 in this historic slugfest. Hamilton has signed each of these seven Louisville Slugger bats in blue marker on the barrel, inscribing “4 HR 5/8/12” beneath each of his signatures.
