Presented here is a Louisville Slugger P72 baseball bat signed by legendary shortstop Cal Ripken Jr. The owner of baseball’s longest consecutive games played streak, Ripken is one of the few players with over 430 home runs and 3,000 hits in his career. A two-time American League MVP, Ripken was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2007, on his first ballot. Ripken has signed the barrel of this bat in silver marker. “Induction Day / July 29th, 2007 / Limited Edition 8 of 88” is etched in silver on the barrel of the bat.
