On May 7th, 2011, Justin Verlander threw his second career no hitter, blanking the Toronto Blue Jays 9-0 at the Rogers Center. Verlander allowed only one baserunner, walking J.P. Arencibia in the bottom of the eighth. However, a double play by Edwin Encarnacion ensured that Verlander would face the minimum in this pitching masterclass. Presented here is a replica lineup card from Verlander’s historic feat. The 2017 World Series champion has signed the bottom of this lineup card in black marker, inscribing “To Jim [Leyland], Thanks for being part of something special”. This item comes in a 19 x 27 inch frame, and is accompanied by a LOA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication (A82535).
