The 1951 New York Yankees finished the season 98-56 to claim their 18th AL pennant before beating the New York Giants in the World Series in six games. This was the Yankees third World Series Victory in a row, but that year will forever be remembered as a passing of the torch from one legendary center fielder to another....for it was the ONLY year that Joe DiMaggio and a rookie named Mickey Mantle would play on the same team. A total of 26 team members signed in black ink this Reach branded AL baseball with red stitching including retiring superstar Joe DiMaggio on the Sweet Spot.
