Presented here is a Louisville Slugger C243 Pro Stock model bat signed by longtime MLB outfielder Jose Canseco. One half of the Oakland A’s famous “Bash Brothers” with Mark McGwire, Canseco was one of the most dangerous sluggers of the 1980’s and 1990’s, winning the American League MVP award in 1988. Canseco signed the barrel of this bat in black marker, inscribing “ROY 86” and “MVP 88” above and below his signature. This item comes with a COA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication (C84492).
