Presented here is a game used Victoriaville Pro Vic 1000 stick used by Philadelphia Flyers center Orest Kindrachuk. Kindrachuk was a key member of the famed “Broad Street Bullies” Philadelphia Flyers teams of the early 1970s, anchoring a fearsome third-line with his pugnacious teammates Dave “The Hammer” Schultz and Don “Big Bird” Saleski. Kindrachuk made a two-game cameo appearance during the 1972-73 season but played a crucial role for the Flyers during their back-to-back Stanley Cup winning years in 1974 and 1975, scoring 72 points between the two seasons. Kindrachuk played six seasons for the Flyers before a trade sent him to the Pittsburgh Penguins, where he served as the team’s captain for three campaigns. Kindrachuk retired after spending the 1981-82 season with the Washington Capitals.
This stick has been signed by 20 Philadelphia Flyers legends, including the Hall of Famers Bobby Clarke and Bernie Parent. Other signatures include Kindrachuk, Richard Dean Anderson, Rick MacLeish, Dave Poulin, Dave Schultz, Joe Watson, Bob Daily, Brian Propp, and several others. The signatures on this stick have been written in black marker. This item comes with a LOA from Kindrachuk, as well as an LOA from SGC (AA03135).
