Each card has been graded by PSA. Designed to conform to the inner recesses of peanut butter or salted nuts jar lids, these scarce, 2-1/2"-diameter octagons are immediately recognizable as components of the York company's early 1960s hockey promotion. The appealing collectibles, as a consequence of the manufacturer's intention that the singles be mounted on the pages of specially made albums, are extremely difficult to find with undamaged backs. Includes: 1961 York Peanut Butter "Yellow Backs" (8) - Graded PSA MINT 9: 7 cards w/#'s 3, 7 Horton, 27 Keon, 31, 34, 36 and 38; PSA NM-MT 8: 1 card, #40; 1963 York Peanut Butter "White Backs" (22) - Graded PSA GEM MT 10: 2 cards w/#'s 25 and 36; PSA MINT 9: 16 cards w/#'s 6 Keon, 10, 13, 16, 19 Richard, 21, 29, 31, 35, 37 Sawchuk, 38, 39, 41, 43, 45 Howe and 46; PSA NM-MT 8: 4 cards w/#'s 30, 32, 47 and 50.
