Swedish defenseman Anton Strålman joined the New York Rangers in 2011, going on to play three seasons with the team and helping them reach the Stanley Cup Finals in 2013-14. The first jersey in this lot is a game used home jersey worn by Strålman during the 2013 NHL season. Strålman played in all 48 games in 2013, as the season began in January due to a lockout. He scored four goals and added three assists for a Rangers team that advanced to the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals. This sweater has “RANGERS” sewn diagonally across the chest in red and white tackle twill. “STRALMAN” is sewn across the back shoulders in red and white tackle twill over a matching blue nameplate, while his number “6” is sewn on the back and the sleeves in red and white tackle twill. A Reebok patch is sewn on the back outside collar of the jersey. The sleeves and waist of this jersey are accented with white and red bands. The second jersey is a white road sweater issued to Strålman during the 2011-12 season. “RANGERS” is sewn diagonally across the chest in blue and red tackle twill. Strålman’s number “32” is sewn on the back and sleeves in blue and red tackle twill. “STRALMAN” is sewn across the back shoulders in blue and red tackle twill beneath a Reebok patch.
