Presented here are three Philadelphia Flyers practice worn jerseys from Maxime Talbot and Darroll Powe. The first jersey was worn by Talbot during the Flyers outdoor practice before the 2012 Winter Classic. This jersey is orange and gray, with a large felt Philadelphia Flyers logo sewn on the chest. A Reebok patch is sewn on the left chest, and a 2012 Winter Classic patch is sewn on the right sleeve. The back of the jersey is blank, except for a Reebok patch sewn on the back outside collar. A CCM size “54” flag is applied to the back inside collar of the jersey, and Talbot’s number “27” is written above it in black marker. This jersey comes with a LOA from the MeiGray Group and a patch sewn in the jersey by MeiGray (I08491), who have authenticated this jersey as practice-worn.
The second jersey was worn in warm-ups by Talbot during the Flyers jersey retirement ceremony for Mark Howe on March 6th, 2012. The jersey is orange, white, and black, with a large Philadelphia Flyers logo patch sewn on the chest. “HOWE” is sewn across the back shoulders in white tackle twill over a matching orange nameplate. Howe’s number “2” is sewn on the back in white and black tackle twill, and on the sleeves in orange and black tackle twill. A patch for Howe’s jersey retirement is sewn on the right chest, and a Mark Howe night tag is sewn on the inside back tail of the jersey. Talbot’s number “27” is written in black marker on the fight strap in the back of the jersey. This jersey comes with a patch from the MeiGray Group sewn into the back tail of the jersey (I03229), authenticating this jersey as practice-worn.
The final jersey was worn by Darroll Powe during practice in the 2010-11 NHL season, Powe’s third in the NHL. This jersey is white and black, and features a Flyers logo patch sewn on the chest. A Toyota patch and a Reebok logo patch are also sewn on the chest of the jersey. The back is blank, save for a second Reebok logo patch. A CCM size “54” flag is attached to the back inside collar of the jersey. Powe’s number “36” is written on the fight strap of the jersey in black marker. This sweater comes with a LOA from MeiGray (H01661).
