This unique 10-card strip of W573 cards includes Hall of Fame pitcher Grover Cleveland Alexander. The strip itself contains five cards featuring players from the Chicago Nationals (Cubs), of which Alexander was at the time, and five cards featuring players from the St. Louis Americans (Browns). The strip is remarkably well preserved considering how difficult it must have been to adequately protect for most of the time it has existed. A crease is visible in the Turner Barber card at about the midway point on the strip. The images of the Chicago players are centered to the edge of the strip but, in it's entirety, still makes for an interesting display item.
