Playing in his third season with the Seattle Mariners, Adrian Beltre hit 25 home runs, drove in  77 and batted a respectable .266. All of this while playing in the cavernous dimensions of Safeco Field in Seattle. Beltre wore this size 48 Majestic Cool Base Seattle Mariners button-down road jersey during the 2008 season. “SEATTLE” is sewn across the chest in navy blue, teal green and white tackle twill. Navy blue piping runs around the collar and down both sides of the buttons. The back of the jersey has “BELTRE” and “29” sewn on in navy blue and teal green tackle twill with a MLB logo patch sewn on the upper back neck in navy blue, white and teal green colors. The left sleeve has the Mariners logo patch sewn on above the navy blue embroidered Majestic logo. The Majestic tag is screen-printed on the bottom front left tail above a white tag that reads “PROPERTY OF SEATTLE MARINERS 2008”. This jersey shows moderate to heavy use and comes with a full LOA from Mears, who have graded this jersey a perfect A10. There is also a MLB Authenticated hologram (LH 135610) which authenticates this as a “Team Issued” jersey, a common designation when the jersey is collected after the jersey’s last use by the player. MLB dates the collection of this jersey to September 25th, 2008 after the home game against the Los Angeles Angels, four days after the Mariners’ final road game of the season on September 21st.
